Quality finish vital for local ’skyscraper’

 The Marque Development

Local Labour councillors opposed the increase of the height of the new ‘Marque’ development from 7 to 10 storeys, but we were over-ruled by the Council Planning Committee.

Noel and Lewis continue to fight for a high quality finish, including the promised quality artistic ‘Living Screen’ façade.  We are also astonished how little benefit will be delivered from the massive £173,000 being spent on the scheme’s ‘public art’.
